Future Focus 121
PLAN solutions to YOUR problems YOUR way
Home

  • Why take extra time out of your busy work/home schedule to travel to a therapist when you can sit in the comfort of your own familiar environment and work through your solutions on the telephone with the same outcome as a face to face therapy session.

  • Telephone therapy can overcome barriers such as family or work commitments, the need to arrange for childcare, physical illness, mobility problems, psychological problems, feeling vulnerable, finding face to face therapy too daunting, anxiety, phobias, low self worth, facing a therapist in the street if they live in your area, mental health stigma and many more.
  • If you have a history of severe mental illness, face to face therapy will be more suitable.

  • The problems you wish to bring to therapy will be discussed and agreed by both parties prior to starting telephone therapy.
